团队围绕1)西瓜、甜瓜、南瓜、西葫芦等瓜类作物种质资源收集、评价与利用;2)西瓜枯萎病、炭疽病、疫病、炭疽病、甜瓜白粉病、霜霉病、蚜虫等主要真菌病害及主要虫害鉴定及资源的抗性评价;3)西甜瓜抗逆资源评价与及抗逆分子机理;4)黄瓜、西瓜逆境生理生态方面的研究;5)西瓜、甜瓜、南瓜等瓜类作物新品种培育与遗传改良。

 4.主要研究成果Academic Achievements

开发枯萎病生理小种2分子标记,开展枯萎病人工接种与分子标记鉴定相结合的抗病育种研究;发明西瓜苗期疫病抗病性人工接种鉴定方法,西瓜多抗性鉴定与育种;研究西瓜熟性与果实糖分种类积累规律,建立熟性育种与优质性育种相结合的育种技术;开展西瓜辐射诱变易位育种。研制西瓜幼苗耐冷性与耐旱性鉴定标准,筛选西瓜耐冷性与耐旱性资源;建立西瓜性状多因素、多层次模糊综合分析评优模型。建立甜瓜四倍体高效诱导技术,育成优质薄皮甜瓜四倍体杂交品种;建立南瓜双单倍体育种技术研究体系;选育“农科大”系列西瓜14个、“农大甜”和西农系列甜瓜12个,“永安”系列南瓜和西葫芦9个,累计推广面积300多万亩新增产值9.6亿元,推动了我国瓜类产业的良性发展。发表论文200多篇,其中SCI论文6篇。2008年度获陕西省农业技术推广成果奖一等奖一项“优质高效无公害西瓜栽培技术推广”;2012年度获陕西省农业技术推广成果奖二等奖一项“甜瓜穴盘基质育苗新技术示范与推广”;2013年度获陕西省科学技术一等奖一项“农科大系列西瓜新品种的选育”。2013年度获中国园艺学会华耐园艺科技奖“西北农林科技大学西甜瓜资源创新与遗传改良团队”;大北农科技奖创意奖

Our group has developed molecular makers for Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. niveum race 2 in watermelon, and performed resistance breeding using combination artificial inoculation and molecular markers technologies. The identification method of blight through artificial inoculation in watermelon seedlings, as well as multi-resistance evaluation and breeding,  have also been successfully devised. Furthermore, we focus on the study of accumulating pattern between the maturity and sugar content in fruit, and establish the mature and high quality breeding technology. The translocation breeding induced by radiation has also been studied. Meanwhile, we confirmed the tolerancestandards to cold and drought of watermelon seedlings, and obtain lots of cold and drought tolerant germplasm resource. Comprehensive analysis of assessment model, as well as the tetraploid induction of melon and high efficient megaspore cultivation techniques, are successfully developed. Our group have breeded 14 watermelon varieties of NongKeDa series, 12 melon varieties of NongDaTian and XiNong series, and 9 pumpkin and zucchini varieties of YongAn series, which have been grown in about 50 thousand acres and produced 960 million yuan. We have published more than 200 academic papers, including more than 6 SCI papers. We got a first prize of Shaanxi Agricultural Technology Promotion Award in 2008 and a second prize in 2012. In 2013, we got a first prize of Shaanxi scientific and technological award, the prize of Chinese horticultural science and technology award and Science and Technology Award of DaBeiNong.

  

5.团队主要成员 Team Members

 团队由来自园艺学院11位科教人员组成,依托陕西省重点学科蔬菜学、旱区作物逆境生物学国家重点实验室和农业部西北地区园艺作物生物学与种质创制重点实验室开展工作,形成了教授、研究员、副研究员、讲师、技师、博士后和研究生为主的结构合理的创新研究队伍。

Research group includes 11 faculties and staffs from College of horticulture. We conduct the research supported by the key national discipline in olericulture, state key laboratory of crop stress biology for arid areas and key laboratory of horticultural plant biology and germplasm innovation in Northwest China, ministry of agriculture. The research member includes professor, associate professor, young lecturers, technician, postdoctoral fellows and graduate students.
