1. 基本信息

刘汉强,男,农学博士,副教授,硕士生导师,1988年2月生,陕西延安人。现任西北农林科技大学园艺学院蔬菜系教师。

长期从事黄瓜、甜瓜等葫芦科蔬菜重要农艺性状形成机制解析与分子设计育种研究,围绕种质资源挖掘、功能基因解析、分子设计育种开展系统研究。近年来主持国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划子课题、陕西省重点研发计划等科研项目,在 Plant Physiology、The Plant Journal、Theoretical and Applied Genetics等国际主流期刊发表论文30余篇。

坚持科研育人与创新人才培养,研究生、本科生深度参与科研工作,指导本科生以第一作者(共同第一作者)在国际权威期刊 Plant Physiology、Theoretical and Applied Genetics发表研究成果,多名学生获国家级、省级科技竞赛奖励。

2. 研究方向

围绕黄瓜、甜瓜等重要蔬菜作物品质形成、果实外观品质及逆境适应性开展研究,以解析重要农艺性状遗传基础并服务现代分子育种为目标,主要研究方向包括:

(1)重要农艺性状遗传基础解析

结合自然群体GWAS、BSA-seq、图位克隆、多组学分析等技术,解析果色、果形、果长、株型、抗病性、耐逆性等重要农艺性状形成的遗传基础,挖掘关键调控基因。

(2)功能基因组学与分子调控机制

利用CRISPR/Cas基因编辑、超表达、RNA干扰、病毒诱导基因沉默(VIGS)及蛋白互作等技术,解析关键基因调控叶绿体发育、果实品质形成及逆境适应性的分子机制。

(3)种质创新与分子设计育种

构建黄瓜、甜瓜优异种质资源库,创制突变体及遗传群体,开发高效分子标记和育种技术体系,推动优异等位基因在新品种选育中的应用,实现基础研究向育种应用转化。
