刘淑媛

1、基本信息

刘淑媛,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。2017年毕业于华中农业大学茶学专业,获农学博士学位;2018年1月进入西北农林科技大学园艺学院工作至今。

2、 研究方向

主要从事茶叶功能化学方面的研究工作,包括:茶中功能成分测定与提取;茶叶保健功能及营养分子;茶树抗病机理的研究等。

3、 开设课程

承担本科生《茶叶生物化学》、《茶叶综合利用》、《试验设计与分析》、《茶艺》、《茶学概论》、《科技市场调查实习》、《毕业综合实习》,研究生《高级生物化学》等课程。
