1. 基本信息
刘长海,1987年2月生,山东费县人,副教授,博士生导师。2009年本科毕业于青岛农业大学园艺专业;2012年硕士毕业于西北农林科技大学果树学专业;2016年博士毕业于丹麦哥本哈根大学植物病理学专业。2016年7月到西北农林科技大学工作至今。
2. 研究方向
苹果-病原真菌互作、苹果抗/感真菌病害基因挖掘、苹果抗病性调控等研究。
(1)苹果树腐烂病菌、炭疽叶枯病菌、镰孢菌等效应因子的致病机理;
(2)苹果抗/感真菌病害关键基因挖掘与机制解析;
(3)不同环境因子对苹果抗病性的影响及调控机理。
3. 开设课程
开设本科生“果树生理学”、“园艺植物栽培学总论”等理论教学和“园田操作技能训练”、“果树夏季管理”、“科技市场调查”等实践课程;参与讲授研究生“现代果树科学进展”和全英文课程“园艺植物逆境功能基因组学”。
