The cytology chamber mainly consists of two enzyme markers and flow cytometry. The enzyme marker can detect the absorbance (Abs), fluorescence intensity (FL), and chemiluminescence (Lum) of horticultural plants. Flow cytometry can quantitatively determine many important parameters such as cell DNA content, cell volume, protein content, enzyme activity, cell membrane receptors, and surface antigens.
