周杰,男,博士,推广助理研究员。2011年6月毕业于安徽农业大学茶与食品科技学院食品质量与安全专业,获工学学士学位;2014年6月毕业于安徽农业大学茶与食品科技学院食品科学,获农学硕士学位;2019年6月毕业于安徽农业大学茶与食品科技学院茶学专业,获农学博士学位。2019年7月就职于西北农林科技大学园艺学院茶学系,从事科研推广工作。

2. 研究方向

主要从事茶叶品质化学与健康功能研究。
