  一、基本信息

  王跃进,男,汉族,1958年4月生,陕西三原县人,中共党员,博士,教授,博士生导师。1982年7月本科毕业于西北农学院园艺系,获农学学士学位;被分配到中国农业科学院特产研究所从事野生山葡萄研究。1986年9月硕士研究生毕业于西北农业大学园艺系果树专业,同年同期留校任教至今。1993年7月博士研究生毕业于西北农业大学园艺系果树专业。1994年1月-1995年7月在美国佛罗里达农工大学葡萄研究中心进行合作研究及博士后项目研究,获该大学的博士后证书,并获美国佛罗里达农工大学突出贡献奖。

  王跃进教授现任西北农林科技大学国家重点学科果树学学科学术带头人,是陕西省"三五人才",教育部跨世纪优秀人才,国务院政府特殊津贴获得者,中国科学技术协会授予的“全国优秀科技工作者。

  王跃进教授兼任农业部西北园艺植物种质资源与遗传改良重点开放实验室主任;国务院学位委员会第六届学科评议组成员;教育部高等学校实验教学指导委员会副主任委员;中国园艺学会常务理事;陕西省园艺学会理事长;陕西省科协副主席;,陕西省学位委员会第三届委员、陕西省学位委员会学科评议组成员;陕西省高级专家协会常务理事;陕西省发明协会会员;《中国农学通报》副主编、西北植物学报副主编、《园艺学报》、《果树学报》、《中外葡萄与葡萄酒》、《西北农林科技大学学报》(自然科学版)等编委会委员。

  二、研究方向

  主要研究方向为果树种质资源与遗传育种,30多年来一直从事葡萄种质资源与育种研究。目前,主要在中国野生葡萄抗白粉病基因功能研究与应用,无核葡萄胚挽救与无核葡萄新品系培育,葡萄杂交育种与应用研究。

  三、 开设课程

  承担本科生及硕士、博士研究生《新生研讨课》、《科研基本方法》、《现代园艺植物科学进展》和《现代生物技术》等课程。

  四、主要学术成果

  先后系统地进行了中国野生葡萄资源抗白粉病的研究,筛选出了一批抗病的野生葡萄种和株系,获得了一批中国野生葡萄×欧洲葡萄的F1优系。1998年以来系统开展了无核葡萄胚挽救育种研究,将无核葡萄×无核葡萄、无核葡萄×中国野生葡萄等杂交后不能形成种子的幼胚离体条件下培养,从中选育出大粒无核抗病优系00-3-1;其中欧洲葡萄无核品种间杂种胚挽救,已从中选育出大粒无核优系00-2-7。

  主持及完成了国家自然科学基金9项、国家“863”项目、国家转基因植物研究与产业化开发专项、教育部"跨世纪优秀人才培养计划"、农业部“948”项目、农业部丰收计划、高校博士点基金、陕西省重大科技攻关项目、 “十一五”国家科技支撑计划2项、“十五”科技攻关、国家葡萄产业技术体系岗位科学家项目、公益性行业(农业)农业科研专项。获得国家授权发明专利10项。在国际GenBank数据库提交与葡萄抗逆、无核有关的基因序列、EST序列等6000多条。

  发表论文50多篇,其中SCI论文30篇。

  2004年度获陕西省科学技术奖二等奖一项“胚挽救技术体系的建立及抗病无核葡萄新品系选育”;

  2007年度获陕西省科学技术一等奖一项“中国葡萄属植物野生种抗白粉病基因克隆研究”。
