  博士生导师,教育部“跨世纪优秀人才支持计划”入选者,农业部西北地区园艺作物生物学与种质创制重点实验室主任,国家现代农业产业技术体系岗位科学家,主要从事葡萄种质资源与遗传育种研究。

  2.主要研究领域 Main Research Fields & Contents

  团队围绕1)葡萄种质资源收集、评价与利用;2)野生葡萄抗白粉病、霜霉病、黑痘病等主要真菌病害遗传及抗病功能基因鉴定;3)野生葡萄抗逆资源评价与及抗逆分子机理;4)葡萄无核性状分子机理与胚挽救育种;5)葡萄新品种培育与遗传改良。

  1)Collection, Evaluation and Utilization of Grapevine Germplasm Resource;

  2)Identification of the major fungal disease genes and Genetic of Wild grapevine resistance to powdery mildew, downy mildew and Anthracnose.

  3)Evaluation and molecular mechanism of wild grapevine under abiotic stresses;

  4.主要研究成果Academic achievements

  先后系统地进行了中国野生葡萄资源主要抗真菌病害和抗旱(寒)评价,筛选了一批抗病、抗逆的野生葡萄种和株系,获得了一批中国野生葡萄×欧洲葡萄的F1优系。1998年以来系统开展了无核葡萄胚挽救育种研究,将无核葡萄×无核葡萄、无核葡萄×中国野生葡萄、无核葡萄×有核葡萄等杂交后幼胚进行离体培养,从中选育出大粒无核抗病、大粒无核品种??。在国际GenBank数据库登录与葡萄抗逆、无核有关的基因序列、EST序列6000多条。发表论文200多篇,其中SCI论文40篇。2004年度获陕西省科学技术奖二等奖一项“胚挽救技术体系的建立及抗病无核葡萄新品系选育”;2007年度获陕西省科学技术一等奖一项“中国葡萄属植物野生种抗白粉病基因克隆研究”。获得国家授权发明专利10项。

  The biotic and abiotic stresses of Chinese wild grapevines were systematically evaluated, identified a number of resistant wild grapevine species and strains, and obtained a lot of hybrid F1 generation from interspecific cross combination between Chinese wild grapes and European grapevine cultivars. Our group is also actively involved in breeding table, raisin grapes for resistance to diseases. Particularly, since 1998, we have interested in breeding of seedless grape variety for resistance to fungal diseases with cross combinations between Chinese wild grapes species and commercial seedless grape varieties using embryo rescue method. Some of novel varieties which shows significant characteristics of much bigger fruit grain, seedless and resistant to diseases were released in last several years. Six thousand EST sequences of grapevines related to resistant to disease and seedless were submitted to NCBI database. We have published in total more than 200 academic papers including more than 40 SCI papers, such as New Phytologist, Journal Experimental Botany. We got one “First prize of Shaanxi province Scientific and technological progress in the field of Chinese wild grapevine resistance to disease” and one “Second prize of Shaanxi province Scientific and technological progress in the field of development of novel seedless varieties”. We have awarded ten items of national patents.

  


  5.团队主要成员 Team members

  团队由来自园艺学院、林学院等单位9位科教人员组成,依托国家重点学科果树学、旱区作物逆境生物学国家重点实验室和农业部西北地区园艺作物生物学与种质创制重点实验室开展工作,形成了教授、副教授、讲师、博士后和研究生为主的结构合理的创新研究队伍。

  Research group includes 9 faculties and staffs from College of horticulture. We conduct the research supported by the key national discipline in Pomology, State key laboratory of crop stress biology for arid areas and Key Laboratory of Horticultural Plant Biology and Germplasm Innovation in Northwest China, Ministry of Agriculture. The research member includes Professor, Associate Professor, Young Lecturers, Postdoctoral fellows and Graduate students.

  张剑侠   教授

  园艺学院,博士生导师,陕西省葡萄产业技术体系葡萄育种岗位专家,主要从事葡萄遗传育种及抗逆分子机理研究。
